RegistrationPlease register the names of all occupants of your cabin including children upon arrival. For the privacy and security of all our resort guests, please get prior approval for visitors and have them register at the office. We reserve the right to charge for and limit the number of visitors. Guests, please inform your visitors of resort policies, as they apply to everyone on the resort property. Weekly reservations run Saturday to Saturday during June, July, and August. Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is by 9:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for a fee, but you must verify this with us prior to your arrival. Deposits Weekly reservations require a $400 deposit for the 2 bedroom cabins (1 thru 8), $500 deposit for the 3 bedroom cabin (#9), and a $600 deposit for the 4 bedroom cabin (#10). Reservations of 1- 4 days require a deposit equal to one nights rent. Deposits are non-refundable and are credited to the last day of your reservation. All reservations must be confirmed by deposit within 7 days from the date your reservation is made, or your reservation will be automatically cancelled. Written confirmation will be mailed upon receipt of your deposit. The balance of the rental is due upon arrival. For groups of 3 or more cabins, payment in full is due 40 days prior to arrival. If payment is not received by the due date, your reservation will be subject to cancellation. Since the cabins are reserved exclusively for you, you are responsible for the total amount due for the full length of you reservation. To avoid any misunderstanding, you will be charged for the full number of days you reserve, even if your stay has to be shortened. Cancellations Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, please notify us immediately. Deposit transfer to another reservation within the same season will be made if given 60 days notice, if the cabin is re-rented, and we do not sustain a loss due to your cancellation. If the cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to your arrival, you will be responsible for the full amount of your stay unless we are able to re-rent the unit(s) for you. |

Cabin Descriptions
Cabins #1 thru #8 are all two bedroom and have a full-sized or larger sleeper sofa in the living room. Cabins #1, #2, #5, & #6 have a queen bed in one bedroom and 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. Cabins #3 and #7 have 2 double beds. Cabin #4 has a double bed in one room and bunk beds in the other. Cabin #8 has a double bed in one room and 2 twin beds in the other. All cabins are air conditioned and are non-smoking.
Cabin #9 was newly built in 2008. This cabin is a chalet style cabin that sleeps up to 8 people. It has a vaulted ceiling and is finished in knotty pine. This cabin has 2 bedrooms on the main floor, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 twin beds. This cabin also has a loft with 4 twin beds and its own bathroom with shower. There is a full bath with tub & shower on the main floor, along with a full kitchen, dining area, and large living room with a fireplace and flat screen TV. This cabin also has a large deck, central air-conditioning, and is non-smoking.
Cabin #10 was newly remodeled in 2009. This cabin has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths and sleeps up to 10 people. This cabin is finished in knotty pine and has wonderful views of the Otter Tail Lake. This cabin has a full kitchen, dining area, and large living room with a fireplace and flat screen TV. This cabin also has a large deck, central air-conditioning, and is non-smoking.
All cabins are furnished with dishes, pots & pans, utensils, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, bed linens, color cable TV and charcoal grill, Please bring your own bath & beach towels.
Yes it's free! Included with your reservation are fish cleaning facilities, lakeside screened-in porch and fireplace, beach and swim raft use, playground equipment, canoe, paddle boat, kayaks, and an air compressor to fill your pool toys. Area information, games, puzzles, and books are also available in the laundry room.
